• Health and biometric data — height, weight, lab results, assessment responses, wearable device data (if connected)
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe; we do not store payment card details
• Usage data — how you interact with the platform, pages visited, features used
• Device data — IP address, browser type, operating system

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize your health insight dashboard
• To facilitate clinician review of your health data
• To process subscription payments
• To send platform notifications and clinician communications
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• To improve the platform and develop new features

3. Protected Health Information (PHI)

Your health data is Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We handle your PHI in compliance with HIPAA requirements, including maintaining a Business Associate Agreement with our technology vendors. Your PHI is never sold to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

• Licensed clinicians — your health data is shared with your assigned clinician for review purposes
• Technology vendors — we use HIPAA-compliant vendors (including Airtable, Make, and Softr) who have signed Business Associate Agreements
• Stripe — payment processing only; no health data is shared with Stripe
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety

We do not sell your personal information or health data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Wearable Device Data

If you choose to connect a wearable device (such as an Oura Ring), we collect biometric data from that device to enhance your health insights. You may disconnect your device at any time through your account settings. Connecting a wearable device is optional.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and immutable audit logging of all data access.

7. Data Retention

We retain your health data for the minimum period required by applicable law and as directed by the licensed Medical Group providing your clinical services. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the address below, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)
• Opt out of certain data uses

9. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
